Step 1: Submit

Step 2: Acknowledge

We acknowledge complaints within two UK working days and provide a case reference.

Step 3: Review

We review the issue and share an outcome or progress update, usually within ten UK working days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the first response, you may request a senior review.

Records and retention

Complaint records are stored securely for compliance and service-improvement purposes.
